By accessing and using CMO Dashboard ("Platform") powered by Azola Creative, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform offers online training, an online community for marketing leadership professional development, and related services ("Services"). Some Services may require monthly or annual subscriptions.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Subscribers of corporate accounts are responsible for the conduct of their sub-accounts and may be suspended for unacceptable behavior.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, are the property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. User-generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or post on the Platform. By submitting or posting content, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.

8. Payments and Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. Subscribers of corporate accounts are responsible for all sub-account conduct. Refunds can be administered within 90 days for annual accounts paid in full, but no refunds are available for past months.

9. Termination of Services

The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services, with or without cause, at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services or the content on the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all liability arising out of your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in State of Florida, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

The Platform reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
